Dr. Villarico graduated from  St. Luke’s College of Medicine William H. Quasha Memorial. He had his residency training in Orthopedic Surgery in St Luke's Institute of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine  where he wrote numerous Scientific publications. He pursued further training in Sports/Shoulder and Elbow Division University Orthopedics Hand and Microsurgery Cluster National University Hospital, Singapore. He also pursued Masters in Business Administration in Health from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is currently an Affiliate Consultant: Metro Davao Medical Research Center – Davao City Volunteer Consultant, Southern Philippines Medical Center, Davao City Active Staff, Madonna Medical Center Incorporated – Kidapwan City. His field of expertise covers Shoulder Dislocations, Rotator Cuff Tears, Frozen Shoulders, ACL Reconstruction, Meniscus Repair & Resection, Tendon & Ligament Repairs.
